You can, but we strongly recommend professional packing for very delicate items. If you self-pack, wrap each piece individually with cushioning and use strong cartons-any under-packed box is more likely to be damaged in an ocean or air container.

Yes. We do not move hazardous materials, explosives, flammables, perishables, live animals, cash, jewelry, important documents, or items that require structural removal (like built-in units). These should be carried personally or disposed of safely.
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks before your preferred packing date so we can secure sailing or flight options, complete surveys and guide you on documentation. We'll still try to help on tighter timelines where possible.
Transit time depends on whether you choose air or sea, your origin and destination cities, carrier schedules and customs clearance. Your move consultant will share a realistic door-to-door timeline based on your specific route.
Moves happen all year. Summer, year-end and major holiday periods are busier and require more advance planning, but we operate continuously and will work to match your preferred dates.
It can. For LCL or groupage moves, your items may share space with other shipments, but everything is carefully inventoried, labeled and separated so each customer's goods stay distinct and traceable.
Once you approve the move plan, we'll issue a booking confirmation and Order for Service. You select your packing date, review terms and sign digitally; a small booking amount secures your slot.
For air shipments, delivery is usually much faster; for sea shipments, arrival depends on vessel schedules, customs and local logistics. We'll provide a delivery window and keep you updated throughout the move.
A delivery window (or "delivery spread") is the agreed range of dates within which your shipment is scheduled to arrive. International moves involve vessels, ports and customs, so a window gives realistic flexibility while we still work toward the earliest possible day.
